Subscriptions
What does the subscription include?
All furniture products are on subscription. This includes our full range of office chairs and desks.
All accessories and electronics are not included in the subscription.

I want to subscribe to more than 5 items; how do I do this?
For larger subscriptions, please email in as a corporate client with your enquiry.

Do you offer student deals or discounts?
We offer student bundles specifically designed for student accommodations. We understand that students often operate on a tight budget, so we have created an affordable student bundle that meets your needs.
Recognising that students may need to relocate each year at the end of their contracts, we provide free relocation services. This means you won’t have to cram everything into the back of your Vauxhall Corsa!
Our deals are available for the entire duration of your studies, ensuring that your desk and chairs remain consistent throughout your time at school.
After graduation, you have the option to return the products or purchase them at a discounted rate.
Do you have a loyalty scheme?
We offer attractive discounting to our loyal customers. When you resubscribe, we will consider your previous subscription to offer the best deal and discount for you.
Do you offer DDA/ADA (Disability Discrimination Act /Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant furniture?
Yes, we do! We have a variety of products and brands available. If you can’t find anything you like, please get in touch as we can offer a bespoke service tailored to your needs.
Use & Maintainance
How do I upgrade/downgrade?
Please get in touch, we can review your existing subscription and provide you with some available options.
My item has stopped working!

I accidentally damaged my item; how do I report this and get it fixed?
We understand accidents happen, especially during heavy use. All damages can be reported on our damages** page here.
Each report is on a case-by-case basis, for light accidental damage, repairs are free of charge*.
Are electronics under warranty?
All electronics are under the manufacturer's warranty. For any warranty inquiries, please reach out to the respective manufacturer directly.
Delivery & Returns
Do you cover mainland Europe?
Absolutely, if you have any questions, please contact us via email or our contact us page.
Is delivery and recovery cost included?
Yes, delivery and recovery costs are inclusive.
What if I move to a new location?
We will charge a small relocation fee, which should be booked 4 weeks in advance, to help our drivers use the most efficient and sustainable route to help you with your removal.
How do you track your items?
Each item on subscription has a unique barcode, which allows us to track and monitor the product. The code allows us to identify the products, where the item has been, repair and maintenance history and who it belongs to.
We can also use this information to calculate how much carbon it has saved during its subscription life.
Do you accept returns on electronics?
All electronics are under the manufacturer's warranty. For any warranty inquiries, please reach out to the respective manufacturer directly.
Sustainability
What do I do with my current desk and/or chair?
We can help recover your current desk and chair setup during installation.
We will either recycle your products or donate them to a local school or children in need, where they can be put to good use in homes that may not have the resources to purchase new items.
What happens to the product during its end of life?
If a product cannot be repaired or maintained, we will disassemble it into parts that can potentially be used as spare parts or recycled through a specialist recycling company.
